I am also pursuing my PMP. To land a job at one of the big 4 is there something else I should be doing or getting more experience in? Any advice or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. I’ve been an Admin Assistant for 5 years with the last 2 in a government. I have worked hard to get here thinking this is what I wanted. Now that I’m here, making 40k CAD/yr. I feel like I’ve hit a glass ceiling and I’m desperate for more money and responsibilities - my job is way too easy. But not many opportunities for growth. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

I spend most weekends/vacation days trying to figure out my life and find a job I’ll like better. Then after awhile I convince myself that I have a good job and I’m a fool. All is well until about 3 hours into my first day back when the bs starts in again and all hell breaks loose. 🥴 Is this common? At what point do you know it’s time to leave?
