I have 2 offers, one from infosys and the other from EY(Infy giving 20% extra as variable).
Would like to understand which one is better to work. I want max flexibility to work from home or desired loc.
Need clarity in below aspects
How many days in a month do we need to go to office for each?
Whether all the days can be covered at once?
Can we just swipe in and out of need to maintain a fixed hours per day?
Can we report in any of the ofc or has to be in base location only?
Any other ?

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?
