I’m in Texas and there aren’t many options that can get me closer to certification. Any help or advice? I don’t want to lose the role I’m in. I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. If you decide to move down a level in your next role, for learning purposes and for more wlb, is that frowned upon by future employers and looks bad on your resume?
