But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

People that have small children - how do you deal with your child’s stress and separation anxiety when you go to work? My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work. The worst part is that I’ve been working from home bc of Covid and I’m literally just walking upstairs after giving hugs and kisses and saying see you soon 800 times. My spouse is a stay at home parent, but that doesn’t seem to matter to my son. A piece of me dies everyday because of this.

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. What’s the bar of passing the first round at McKinsey like? if I didn’t do well in the same part of a cases for both interviews (ie reading graphs for high level insights and implications) would that be even worse than having different performance across other areas (ie not doing well in A on case 1 but not doing well in B on case 2)? I thought the quant was fine but i dont think i did well on graph reading for either cases. Pei was also fine and so was the rest of the case

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. How to get tech jobs at MBB? I’m trying to move from medium consultancy firm where I did a lot of cloud engineering for the past 2 years and enjoyed it. Coming from unusual background (no relevant degree, only 2 years of relevant experience, early 30s) makes me feel like it’s a lost cause

Just scored 700 on my GMAT and I feel like a bag of crap. For reference, I put in 300+hrs into my studying, which is overkill but the course I signed up for took this long.

I had a call with a recruiter at BCG towards the end of last week. I went to check the job description for the role on the careers website and it’s not there anymore. Instead it says, “we’re sorry…the job you are trying to apply for has been filled.” Why would the recruiter reach out to me about applying for this role if they were going to fill it so soon? The role is still listed on LinkedIn but when I click apply it takes me to the BCG careers page with the note saying the role has been filled

BCG really disgusted for you to not provide any feedback on my interview after multiple emails.
