Hey everyone, need advice on two offers (4 YOE)
Thoughtworks: 15 LPA (Quality Analyst)
Availity: 12.7 LPA (QA Engineer 1)
Thoughtworks pays more,but I see scary posts about them laying off benched employees and new joinees (hire & fire)
For Availity,I can barely find info online about culture or stability.Does anyone here work or know what it's like?
Note: I’m switching after 4 months due to terrible WLB. I absolutely cannot afford a layoff or another quick exit.
Any insight on either will help

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
