Can anyone of you please tell me what would be the hierarchy level for a person joining in JPMorgan Chase with 5+ YOE?
What should be the naming convention of design for a person with this experience?
Analyst or Associate or Senior Analyst or Senior Associate?
Any leads would be highly appreciated.

Associate Director is a level 29, so 120-160k base depending on YOE. You can obviously find higher pay elsewhere, but WLB is pretty great at Optum/UnitedHealth. Can be tough to get promoted internally, but from what I’ve heard moving to other departments under your same VP is a great way to move up faster than the ~3 years it normally takes.
Pay bands are set by location and grade level. Technically, the full pay band is something like $95-175k for a grade 29 in Minneapolis, but my original guess was based on what I’ve seen/heard for consultants. It may be lower if you are in a lower COL area.
Bonuses have been less than target the past few years, and raises in the 3-5% range, so not great on either front there. I guess that’s the trade off for really good WLB.
