Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)

Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

1. Need some feedback how anyone proceed during HCL Technologies Discover portal login. It's showing me invalid login continuously and using forget password options, able to login one time by luck 2.
