Whats average salary in Bank of America for 4-6 yrs experience?
Did I tried to be low balled with cheap tricks?

In HR discussion, they told due to Salary Parity, they offer only this much (upto 20 LPA) for 4-6 yrs experience.
Package they offered is even below 20% hike of my current package.

Please help me know what's the avg salary for such experience in BOA. What he told is right? They don't offer any further?

For example I applied yesterday for a role in the Cloud Engineering area of Accenture and it says that it’s hiring from Analyst up to Manager level. Are these salary bandings different from the same career levels, I assume consulting, you see on Glassdoor? Quick question for anyone who has gone through IUI . I got my period on Friday- at 2:45. They told me to make sure I get in for blood work day 3- that’s Sunday. I happen to be traveling and won’t be back early enough in the morning for the blood work. They told me I can do it day 4 and it’s not that big of a deal bc i was on the “cusp” of my day 1 being Friday/Saturday because it was late in the day.
