Some basic interview follow-up questions are always good. What are they looking for in a candidate, what is a typical day on the job like, when can you expect an answer, where is the company headed, culture of the company, etc.
I always ask them what kind of employee they are looking for. What qualities they'd like to see in a future employee. This question always goes over well.
