How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?

I have a young student with CVI and extremely limited mobility. She is able to vocalize but not speak. However, I’ve seen her response and mannerisms change (positively) in the presence of parents and siblings which leads me to believe that she is cognizant enough to possible use a communication device. We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Does anyone have any lesson learned or best practices in eliciting feed back from senior leaders? think SVP and above? I thought about focus groups, but their time is limited. Also, survey response rate tends to be low for these guys. Any ideas???
