Can anyone please let me know how much CTC should I ask to Amgen HR based on my profile.

How is it like leaving your new job within a year and joining other company? Were you questioned or even rejected during interviews for leaving?

I got the offer letter from PWC india today. And it says I am expected to join on 14th June. But my notice period is 90 days. Will the offer be withdrawn if I won't join within that date .

My current YoE 7 and CCTC is 8.5 . Tech Stack is MSBI. I have seen colleagues left and got ~20LPA package. But though having excellent technical rounds companies are saying we can offer you upto 16LPA(I have seen that highest) dur to low CCTC. My expectation is 18LPA fixed but didn't able to get till now. Basically I use to opt out if I don't get 18LPA. Trying since last 3 months no luck. Is there any way to get that desired amount by not showing any offer in hand ?
