Hi All, I need some help here I'm up for a raise and want to make sure I'm being compensated correctly. I work for a firm based in Long Island (Very Expensive area) and am a project manager for my civil engineer department (I am not an engineer). I also handle all marketing & branding for the firm. I handle all client communication and document review, add serve processing, and communication between surveyors & additional vendors. Based off this information, what would be the suggested salary?
