Sales comp is straight forward, you make X% per deal w/ kickers over X revenue marks

Not sure where to begin w/ acct mgt except maybe retention + growth bonuses

The company’s revenue model is a utilization model, aka they make X every transaction in the software & I’m projected to increase utilization to $4.7M/year in rev

What should I reasonably ask for in variable comp structure?

Received an offer for an internal promotion and the verbal offer differed from the written offer. Specifically, the bonus verbalized was 2% higher than the offer letter. HR basically just said ‘sorry, our mistake the letter is right’. What would you do?

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?
