Hi all need help for below query: I was in freepool from last 55 days and last week HR called me asked me that you will be on LOP from this week as i was on bench couldnot find any project and till 90 days it will he extended bench period with LOP .You can apply your leaves for the same.
Should i accpt the offer because i dont seem worth it here?

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
