Currently i am into infosys, I have expereince into java and very minimal exposure to web developemnt frameworks like springboot I did few mini projects. In infosys still no work being assingned it has been 4 months. Should i look out for opprtunities or stay here and get into project and increase my knowledge in framework.

I have passed the technical interview in Capgemini and HR has called for Salry negotiation , after that HR said that offer letter is in process.
Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.
But I didnt receive any call from anyone ..
What is this client call ?
Is the process normal ?
Like I have heard the client calls would be after joining the organization .

How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it?
