I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.

I have 7.3 years of IT experience and recently bagged a job offer from JPMC . They offered me 21 LPA CTC and the job role as 601 . Can anyone help me out to understand if the role is justified ? Should it be 601 or 602 as per my experience ? During the HR discussion I mentioned my relevant experience as 5.5 years . JPMorgan Chase

The above two are not wrong (saying the same thing but in different expressions).
Veeva started out as a CRM system used primarily by the commercial side of business in pharma. I don't know which component of it the interviewer was talking about tho. Veeva has a full suite of offerings now so I would just do your homework and look it up
Thank you!
and to add...Veeva is highly favored by the FDA as a result of its robust document management | version control features which will definitely apply to your Compliance role.
Your takeaways here:
FDA friendly
eMS
QMS
LIMS
Version control
Not just for customer facing - veeva is a document management system
We use Veeva to manage documents. You can upload docs, review and approve them. The goal is to have a centralized place for docs that cannot be altered once executed on. The system can keep track of versions of the doc. When we use forms, we scan and upload onto Veeva afterwards for record keeping.
Oh, thank you for clarifying!
Can you share what function you’ll be moving into and from what role? I have a variety of Veeva resources that might be helpful to you and give you a good foundation. Feel free to DM if you are interested!
Hello! I saw this post as Im looking at people's experience in adding Veeva (my company is doing that soon)...do you have any experience with that? I'd so appreciate hearing of anything!
Veeva also has LIMS and eQMS suites.
Veeva has a suite of products, so I'd suggest looking at their website. Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Med Inquiry, Vault Med Comms, Promomats.. etc. This doesn't account for products within products, like Veeva Link or Network. Maybe just focus on CRM and maybe Vault.
