Recently received an offer from MS and my background verification is initiated.

I had some doubts.

1.How much time it takes to complete BGV?
2.Will i get an confirmation about the completion of BGV?
3.what if i dnt remember my previous employment manager's phone or email?

Is it good to join TCS or should I wait for couple of more years, cause of there re-hire policy.
I have 4.4yrs of experience and in TCS my technical rounds are clear but i am still waiting for HR round which is taking lot of time to schedule.

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Current designation is System Engineer and role tagged on Ultimatix is Developer.

Assigned to a project as BA (orally, on paper it's just Team Member). Raised a re-fitment request to HR.

Please throw some light on the re-fitment process and what I can expect depending on my qualification.
