So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Hey all! My SO and I (gay dudes) are looking to move to CO/UT for 3-4 this winter to be close to the mountains and ski every weekend (+ plan to take a few weeks off). I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.
