But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

What’re the various agencies/components’ return to office dates (if announced)? And what’re the remote work policies after that date? I hear DOJ said their individual components will decide when exactly to return between mid-March and early May and some are offering a lot of remote flexibility even after then. Curious to hear more details though, both for specific DOJ components and other agencies!

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. So will I get a chance to submit my investment declarations in the new company for tds calculations in the middle of the year ? I'm new to everything so would appreciate your help. TIA :)

I just defended my first depo and I feel like I did a terrible job. The questions and answers were so fast I feel like I didn’t even have a chance to think what objection was appropriate. Any resources for learning objections better. Or tricks on how to tell when a question being asked is not good?

I had asked for revision to 24LPA and 1 JB earlier my package given was 22 LPA. The recruiter agreed upon it and said she will give revision two days before my joining. But in between I took one offer and then asked for 25.5 and 1.5 JB. Just before 2 days. Recruiter now said her higher manager have trust issues and gave me same package what it was ealier and 2L JB I am regretting my ask how to overcome that.. 😭😭😭😭. I joined that company 22LPA and 2 JB.😭😭how to overcome my regret.

I guess 2cr doesn't get you shit in metro cities these days. So what's your number, realistically. 4 cr, 5 cr, 7.5 cr($1mill) or you wouldn't think of retiring untill 60, irrespective of your bank balance?
I know there will be a lot of variables, like dependants etc. but I'm trying to gauge what the range is for most people.
