I joined in Capgemini as a fresher. I got banglore location. Is it possible to change my location to Hyderabad. I recently got project.

My friend joined Capgemini recently as a test lead and they put him a project which is on its worst ever stage and people are always resigning from this project. He tried managing but everything is scattered and now his mental health is also disturbed. He asked for release but project manager said he will give PIP. What should he do ? Should he contact hrbp or any other way?

I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. Still I'm getting those harsh alert mails mentioning you have get a project within so and so date..as if I have done a crime. So my question is this risky for my career in all and appraisal cycles?

If a partner asked you to do non-client related/may help later work, how long is too long to get back to them? Came to big law as a second year from a smaller firm (three years out). First year (who should be a second year) is emailing me trying to figure out where are things with a federal notice summary (I allowed them to help). Can I tell the first year to chill? I feel like if the partner needed it ASAP, they would have said so. I turned in the summary less than 72hrs later. Nbd/big deal?

Would help run client service model as well as network in the community and throw entertainment and educational events Total Comp? How much fixed and how much bonus based on new assets?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

For the folks who do freelance work, do you do more consulting / advisory (get on the phone and talk) or project work (deliverable based work)? What are your thoughts on a platform that focuses on video-conference based advisory work - and not the bid on project type of work?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

My last working day in TCS is 4th of March, I have rejected the retention offer. My current CTC is 13.31 LPA in TCS YOE: 11.5. Retention offer was 18LPA. Currently I am holding offers with CapeG - 20LPA, TechMahindra - 21.5LPA, HCL - 22.5 LPA.But during my call with HR in TCS regarding retention, the HR when he heard about the companies which I am holding the offers said negative comments about those companies in a deteriorating way. I feel really bad about it 🙁

Do you have any tips for how to get started or types of jobs to look for?
