I’m thinking about transitioning into finance and considering CFA to support that move. Has anyone made a similar switch?

Do you think this is the right move, and is CFA the right path for my background? What roles should I realistically target?

Should I rejoin Equinox? Background: I cancelled my equinox membership because I wanted to try out different gyms. After about a month and a half, I’ve determined I really miss Equinox. It’s kind of expensive ($250 per month, but only an extra $130 over an average local gym). I like saving money but my health has definitely taken a dive because working out is not as enjoyable. I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

I joined KPMG a while ago from federal consulting. Federal consulting had super good work life balance but I’ve been working at KPMG strategy for a while now.
