I have vast experience of 20 years working on board ships on Gas Turbine Engine, Gas Turbine Generators, Diesel Generators, Pumps, Boiler, Hydraulic Systems, Air conditioning and refrigeration, RO Plants, Vibration Analysis, Endoscopic Inspection, NBCD. I'm open to suggestions open to learn new technologies. Please, help if you have any refferal.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

Confused as to when to jump from consulting. I joined a T2 consulting firm after MBA and working from 9 months but the job made me anxious and personal health took a hit. I had decided to complete a year before switching out but just got an opportunity in CEO's office of an energy company. Should I switch now or complete a year and find something else?
I'm also concerned about exits from CEO's office roles, what do they look like?

I will complete my Masters in Information Systems from Georgia State University this fall. Banking on my prior work experience of 5.5 years in SuccessFactors implementation (Deloitte USI), I am targeting similar kind of roles at Deloitte and PwC.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?

Hi Fishes need your advices urgently. I had an interview scheduled with HCL for today from one HR, after that another HR from HCL called and informed that I have interview for Yesterday. I told her about Friday interview, she told that will nit happen, so I attentded that, cleared 2 rounds and now she sent mail for documents submission. I called HR1 and informed on Thursday interview, she said that is ok, you can attend Friday interview as scheduled. I attended that as well.
