Got stuck in the previous role and without any sense of direction or possibility to grow in the current acquisition, hiring freeze climate. Got an offer from Autodesk with 10% salary increase, 5 k of stocks, roles almost the same. Is it good to change now considering the acquisition, but getting into probation period during all the layoffs?

Hi Guys, I have an offer from Marlabs,Pune location( hybrid) and joining is in 4 days. Interview process with Mouser Electronics and E-zest is still in progress. Shall I accept the marlabs offer? Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you.
