i have other offer from Virtusa with Data Engineer position.

which to choose , My total YOE is 4 years.

Not the money, not the title, bonus or anything, but oh the prestige.

Looking to brainstorm ... What's the next wave to ride for the next 3-5 years and how to position yourself?

I found out that my colleagues are getting paid more than I am for the exact same role. We are due for an appraisal soon, should I ask for higher percentage telling them I am underpaid compared to others?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments
