Hi Fishes, I have 6+ YOE in Automation testing, from last 1 year i am working as functional Tester. I am planning to switch because i don't see any career growth. current employer has initiated for L1-B visa and told me that it will take around 6 months to complete the process. Now, I am in dilemma whether to switch or wait for for L1. Even though my L1 got approved my profile and structure of work will be the same as functional Tester with additional leadership responsibilities plz sugg.

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles.
