I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? PF Transfer Issue:
I have recently moved to 3rd company in my career of 7 years.
When I joined my 2nd company I had transferred my 1st company PF to 2nd company (I used one transfer option in PF website)
But now when I'm trying to transfer my 2nd company PF to 3rd company PF account. It is pending from 2 months.
Has anyone tried transferring old PF to new PF account from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th PF account.
