Like weekly or monthly?

Also, is it mandate for him to work from Hyderabad office itself? Or can he work from Bangalore or any other location as well?

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time.
