My company has made us sign an employment bond for 3 years and exit penalty is 4.5 lakhs. I have completed 2.3 years but I don’t want to continue working in this company anymore. Also I don’t have 4.5 lakhs to pay. So what should I do in this case? If I leave without paying then I won’t get my experience letter.

I just found out that a new person at work that has been with us at the hospital for about 2 months max is making more than I am by quite a bit. This person has about 19 years of retail experience and can only work 2 shifts with us. I have about 7 years of of hospital experience all at the same place and I’m able to cover any shift in our pharmacy, super user for all of our systems, trained in our PN iv room, oncology iv room and our main iv room, also RIVA system admin. Do you think it’s fair?
