Hi folks, what is the current market value of an automation test engineer with 5-6 years of experience ? If the current salary is 15-17 lpa, how much hike can be expected ?

Cognizant 6.5lpa (6.3 fixed) (0.2 variable)
Or
Sapient 8.5lpa

Sapient mentioned that if I give confirmation of joining they will increase to 9.5lpa before joining in offer.
