It is in a gated layout with security and cctv.
It's on 3rd floor, no lift, 1 bike parking,area around 1200sqft with big balcony, 100m away from Reliance smart,More megastore and entire market area. Rent 15k including maintenance and Security 50k
House is equipped with a good number of cupboards, 1 bathroom, rooms and hall are very spacious. Owner lives on 2nd floor but never intervene.

Received less salary this month also. (Same amount as last month)

While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ? How much is 2k a month for a house payment? What size loan would I be able to get?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
