I have completed AI-ML program with Upgrad. I am currently pursuing couple of online courses from Google on Gen-AI. I am looking for subsequent course which will improve AI knowledge to make me market ready.

I am currently working as a non-technical program manager in a service based company.

Are these programs good? Will they add value as I am noticing more and more orgs are making Masters/PHD normal .

I am currently working at Meta as a Recruiting Coordinator under contract. That contract will soon come to term in July. There hasn’t been any talks about extending my contract, so I am getting very nervous about potentially being out of work in July. I am an Operations Manager and trying to switch to Product Management through APM roles. I have done a 3 month fellowship and 2 projects.
I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. What is the best way to bag a APM role with just one year work ex in pperations role. Will an internship help?

I am currently working at KPMG as an Analyst. I want to do my MBA in HR and Operations. The feedback that I received from people is that growth in HR is slightly restricted and that HRs don't get hikes (while switching) similar to that of Consulting or Finance or Marketing?

I am not solely interested in HR and am open to other domains as well.

I'm a fresher and I recently joined one of the big4 as a senior analyst.
I am given sap as my competency, but honestly I'm not finding it interesting. I was hoping to shift to data analytics(python, sql, etl, powerbi, advanced excel... Working with these techs).
I have knowledge in python and sql. I also have some development skills, reactjs and stuff(not relevant to data analytics).
Should I increase my skill set before starting to apply to other firms?
