Wanted to understand how I can utilise my existing Skillsets to assist in the data engineering role offered, Or Shall I work on enhancing my Skillsets accordingly so as to map the role offered?

Hi all, I am a structural engineer looking to pivot to management consulting. I have a PhD in civil engineering and am a licensed PE. Currently I am not finding my profession fulfilling due to many barriers for progress. I have a strong statistics background and am looking to switch to a fast paced career in management consulting. Hi all, I have a question, is it a smooth pivot to switch to production (film, entertainment), creative production? What do i need to do(steps to take, improve a specific skill, gain experience to breakthrough? I have a creative background and also have experience in Ad production as Brand side.
