You may need to look more broadly. What's your YOE and your location. That way you can narrow it down and try and use it to engage with any proposed salaries if you're looking for a job
Thanks! 6yrs post-MPH, previously in Los Angeles and now in DMV area
Any lead role at Humana typically is within a specific salary range depending on the line of business. I can only speak for Medicaid but a lead role with Medicaid has a range of 75k-92k. A senior role would be a pay range below that of about a 15k range (60k-75k). Keep in mind there is a bonus of between 10-15% of your salary for both of those roles annually.
It definitely depends on the area of the business. Senior Professional in my area start at 90k because of the work type.
I think it depends on the role. Professional IIs in some departments (within Medicaid) make 75-80. Senior obviously make more and lead is higher still.
Thank you!
Glassdoor might have a good starting point, what are you seeing there?
I've looked. Nothing specific to the organizations I'm looking into. I've estimated based on general salaries not specific to the organizations but based on title and location but those have been higher and I end up getting auto-filtered out.
Not trying to take a lot less than what is my ideal number but I may be open to something less if the job is remote, something I love, the benefits are good etc
