What are your tips for an agency copywriter looking to grow into a creative director role?

Resume advice? Where to host resume? Do’s and don’ts? What are the “must include” highlights?

I’ve only ever made short resumes on Google docs, but would like to update it in the best way possible and learn the skills necessary to work my way into a creative director role. I know this will take time.

I was very specialized at my law firm and took a similarly specialized role in-house….but I still get requests to mark-up types of agreements that I never touched at my firm. I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)
