Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. how many days does it generally takes for a company to come back with a revised offer ? I had an offer letter received on thursday 21st and i asked for a 10% increase which the Hr agreed and said will be giving the updated letter in a week.

My YOE is 5.5 and I got offer from capgimini of 14 lpa and the joining date is 19 sept..they are ready to give me 17 lpa if i join early on 5 sept...should i early join or wait for other interviews as currently having only one offer letter.
