I understand that the benefit of having an EU passport is you are out of quota for B permit but you still need a job to obtain one.
It is good that you have a EU passport, as it will be easier for you to come to Switzerland when you will have found a job.
If you are working in the marketing field, I think it will be pretty difficult to find a job, especially if you are not speaking one of our national language! We have a lot of international companies in Switzerland, but we have a lot of people studying marketing so...
And being the only one in the family working in Switzerland will be very though if your salary is less than 150k CHF (which will probably be the case unless you're a director). But otherwise it is a great place to raise a family here 😃
Ticino would be the obvious choice with your language skills, and offers a number of good opportunities (we have a lack of bi-lingual speakers here).
Salaries are lower than in the rest of Switzerland, but we have a lot of fashion related jobs (Michael Kors, Bally, Hugo Boss etc. are here). Biotech/Pharma is a bit thin, while Lugano works on becoming a FinTech hotspot and Locarno has the Filmfestival.
In Graubünden they also partially speak Italian, there are more technology companies.
