Hi, I’m trying to make a career pivot from a non-technical background (MedDevice regulatory). Trying to get UiPath certified at the moment. My goal is to do contract work, however there isn’t a lot of opportunities for RPA automation in the MedDevice industry. Not sure if this will change in the future. Any thoughts or advice?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

What are your thoughts about putting an explanation for the current gap (as in, I haven’t been working for several months) on your resume, LinkedIn profile or cover letter? If you think it should be included in one of these places, how would you do it?

Hi everyone - We are thinking of changing our wedding photographer after unsatisfactory engagement photos and unsatisfactory communication (unresponsive after multiple attempts). I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?
