Please help me with some advice.
We are planning to buy one 1 bhk flat in Bellandur area. I am married with 1 kid(3 years old). And Our monthly take home salary is 4L including wife's . And we have one 2 bhk in the same society whose EMI is 55K per month for 25 years. If we go ahead with 1bhk purchase, then we need to take a loan of 55 Lac, emi around 45K 25years. This 1 bhk flat would be for rental purpose. Will that be a wise decision if we purchase 1 bhk considering our existing EMI. ?

I paid off all my debt (mostly student loans) earlier this year and haven’t changed my spending or lifestyle and the savings have been piling up. It’s getting addicting just watching it jump up after every paycheck. Feels amazing to no longer be in crippling debt and finally move on with my life.

A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it.
