- leave day 7 days, instead of normally 12-14 days per annum
- no insurance, parental leave, maternity leave or marriage leave
- must stand by during weekend or public holiday
- monthly income is nett including parking, toll, communication
- have to achieve target like USD 10,000/month for Indonesian market, if not achieve directly terminated
- working remotely

is this fair?

But both the cases , I need to relocate.

- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also .
