Hi Urgent help: This Monday, my wife who works as a contractor for wipro, was told NOC got approved and that HR is waiting from management to approve the offer letter before sending it to her for converting her into full time.

Today the HR says Contract to hire cases are on hold. Shes worried as she had to fight with her parent company in giving the NOC.pls suggest

Anyone here counsel for a parent company with a lot of subsidiaries but the parent company’s legal department is really really small? I’m wondering if a small legal department for a large company is more of a pro or con? On one hand I suspect it’s less organized, on the other it might be a great leadership opportunity. Any insight? I know this happens a lot but I still get mildly annoyed when a senior tries to make revisions to your work that don’t actually make sense and the partner eventually just reverts to your original language/wording.
