My favorite part is the seeing my long stay NICU preemies FINALLY go home happy and healthy. My least favorite is the restriction we have as beside therapist in their vent management.

I've started doing meditation with this group called The 'Art of Living' in New York City, and it's honestly changed my life. Can't recommend it enough for dealing with the stresses of modern life.

Getting life insurance so they drug tested me. Now they want me to fill out a form that basically asks me to certify if I’ve EVER done any of these drugs. What the? Who hasn’t EVER? What happens if I say never did? Idk my results from the drug test, maybe I smoked a bowl in the last few weeks, can’t say for sure. How does this work?

Anyone taken the GD test after having covid recently? I have my test in 10 days and I'm currently recovering from covid.

40 weeks pregnant and terrified to be induced. Any tips on how to manage the stress and pain? I’m getting an epidural but still very nervous.

What are your policies regarding consuming alcohol at company events? Do you have a process when someone is too drunk - call a Lyft/Uber? Confiscate keys? Are there any repercussions to the employee as the event is technically after hours even if company sponsored?

Any other sober folks in the sales world who can give me some advice? Really struggling to keep up with the office culture when happy hour is impossible for me. 1.5 years sober and want to stay that way.

Tips for desk research heavy projects (lots of reading, processing and synthesising information): how do you do it? Are certain meds better/worse? Modafinil feels better for reading and processing info but stimulants better for focus and executing tasks.

How does sleep affect your medications effectiveness? Do you feel like you need X hours of sleep for your adderall/vyvanse etc. to work properly?

Has anyone just taken a break from work without anything lined up? Every offer I’ve gotten wants me to start in a month and with 2 weeks notice that leaves me only 2 weeks to recharge. For my mental health I really think I need an extended break (like 3 months). I have about 60k liquid to sustain myself and pay about $1500 a month in rent.

Where do you like to buy your gym clothes? What brand workout wear do you like the best? I have really only tried Old Navy.

Has anyone gone to INSEAD while intending to end up in the US afterwards? I’m enrolled to start this fall and getting cold feet 🙈

I’m in my TWW and just found out I had close contact with someone with Covid. As if I needed more to stress about! 🤞 I stay negative and our little embaby is sticking!

I recently tried quitting everything last Sunday, with drew all last week and then relapsed Friday, Saturday and Sunday worst withdrawals I ever had (cold sweats, shaking, wasn’t sure I would survive). I’m through the worst of it now but any advice? Thought about rehab but can’t stop work. This is probably my 9th time trying to go sober during the pandemic.
