Happy Wednesday. It is Wednesday right?

Say you’re an Assurance Senior 3 and want to transfer soon as you hit Manager back to your hometown office. Should you secure the manager promotion at your current office first or go ahead and initiate the transfer at S3? I’m scared that they won’t accept me over their current S3s and so I think the safer bet is to make manager first then transfer. Deloitte EY PwC
Also, how desperate are firms for Managers these days? I know seniors and staff are in demand but I rarely hear about Managers.

Who says they they aren't learning at week long camps? They are doing arts and crafts, swimming, playing games, hanging out, etc.
So they learn hand eye coordination, teamwork, physical agility, social skills, how to follow rules, patience, etc.
Plus many camps are available for more than one week, and they mix up the curriculum from week to week to keep the kids interested.
Agree! It totally depends on the camp, but our kids do an outdoor adventure day camp and climbing camps. They learn a ton and are exhausted when they come home.
We don’t do camps every week anymore because they are older and don’t need constant supervision. On the weeks with no camps, they have to read and practice math and/or instrument in the morning and then the afternoon is their own. Summers are supposed to be fun and chill. I just want them to get outside, play, and have fun.
We may do some varsity tutors clubs. One hour virtual classes with interesting topics. Did it in the spring for a bit - art classes, ancient history, some science topics. Kids are 7 and 9.
Traditional camping, backyard barbeques with family and friends...and...the dreaded summer school.
I enrolled my daughter in a chess class, keeps her busy at home as well, and she keeps practicing. Music lessons could help too. Anything that a child can easily practice at home.
Chess is a great one. Easy to practice in apps… real games or computers. You can learn and play as well to make it something you both learn. But man… what a humbling game haha.
