Decided to payoff my mortgage.
Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

By yelling "MBBD!" hundred times a day.
And depending on income you can’t even do Roth. Don’t blindly give advice. D2
There’s the backdoor Roth. And yes, pension takes 3 years not 5
3 years for pension. Max 401k 👍🏻
Don't put anything above the company match on 401k until you've maxed your Roth.
I thought pension was 5?
I will be receiving my offer from Deloitte this week and trying to financially weight the 2 options as well. (vs. staying/waiting)
Max 401k anyway. Completely unrelated things.
Roth only makes more sense past 401k Match and if you are in a lower tax rate
I’ll chime in to reconfirm that pension is 3 not 5. 401k vesting is 4 years.
You get 100% fully vested in pension after 3 years or do you start getting pension after 3 years?
Fully vested in whatever you’ve earned towards it after 3 years and all years after that
