How do I tell my coach I want to drop them and go with someone else? And can I request a specific person?

You just fill out an online form on dnet for a new coach and you can request someone specific in the form. You don’t technically have to ever tell your current coach but ideally you would let them know, especially when the switch is off cycle. You can use pretty much any professional “excuse” (you’ve been aligned to them for x # of years and would like to learn from a new coach with a different perspective, you are in x area and would like to be aligned with someone in the same area, or want to learn from someone not in your area of expertise, etc.). Also, there’s a freeze period on coach switches around the year end timeframe but with the new Covid accelerated performance year timeline, I’m not exactly sure when that is. If you’re going to do it, I’d put in the request ASAP. You can request someone but also be prepared that you may not get your first choice if they already have a lot of coachees.

First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. Just discovered a public slack channel (that very much should have been private) that a few women at my work have been using to bitch about the co-workers they don’t like. OH.MY.GOSH. Very, very long story short, it was brought to my attention that one of my employees has a very.."active" OnlyFans account. I'm trying to find a balance between respecting what people's interests are outside of work and how that work might influence our company's image. This is an "R" rated OnlyFans. I really don't know what to do. She's such a sweetheart but if word gets out that I knew and I kept her on the team or didn't reprimand her, I could lose my job. Any suggestions?

I am on a stress leave. Every time I look at emails from work, the less encouraged I am to return. It is so overwhelming! I want to finish out the year, but will definitely not be making it back next year. So many things have changed, and next year there will be all kinds of change and turmoil. I am sad to be leaving on such a low note. I always envisioned retiring at the top of my game, having a party...etc...
