No, not yet. I will eventually.
If it doesn’t get in the way of my work, I don’t do anything honestly. I’m just going to move on and do my work, once it hits 5 PM I’m out. I’m not going to go out of my way to make an enemy, work would start to feel miserable. Now if it's getting in the way of my work, I'd politely confront them and see how they respond to it. If they're not forthcoming, then it would make sense to involve management or HR.
It really doesn’t get in my way of work since they are on another team.
Without more specifics, it's hard to offer the best advice. Is this something you can talk to them about directly? Maybe they don't realize what they are doing is a problem? Otherwise, I'd go to management first if you have a good relationship with the manager. Document everything, though.
It is something I can talk to them about but I fear about retaliation or them telling a lie to management.
