Main points, s/he has often overreached in conclusions, and s/he has regularly misinterpreted our research.
Contemplating just taking on the review for the final product and ignoring most/all of this person's suggested edits.
I'm the lead author but I can't kick this person off the team. I would if I could though.

Hi OP - that sounds totally frustrating! Do you think the person is aware of your perspective? I’ve worked with people like this before, and it’s always frustrating, but when I’ve actually talked to them about it I generally learn that there’s a dynamic at play that I didn’t know about and/or they had a different conception of their role. Given that, I’d encourage you to give them a call ASAP and find out how they view their role vs how you view their role, and agree on how to change going forward.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?

I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. I’m a third year, and am the most junior person all of my teams (generally me, a senior or two, and a partner or two), and I always feel like I’m messing something up. Is this just because I never get to work with other juniors and don’t see the mistakes they make, and that it’s relatively normal? And FWIW I went to HYS and I’ve had a clerkship so it’s not like I’m not smart
