Interesting. I feel like I HAVE to go in the morning since after work can be so unpredictable.
Generally train at night. All my meals are prepped. I'll bring a meal with me into an internal meeting if needed.
Going in the morning is better for my day but hate waking up early. As long as the workout is on my calendar, I go to the gym. It helps my gym is a 4 min walk from my office. I lunch and usually a protein based snack around 3:30 to get me through my workout if it’s later
Have to do it early in the morning or it doesn’t happen. More flexibility though when I’m freelancing.
