How do you plan your investment portfolio? I can start saving 6k each month starting January - excluding bonus and 401K portfolio. How should I allocate my DCA across categories- Backdoor Roth, Brokerage, HSA, 529, BTC, emergency fund?

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?

What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. Most of the time we have to explain every detail multiple times and they still don’t understand what we’re doing. Mortgage PITI payment would be about 50% of take home pay, but it fits easily within my budget. We max out 401k, HSA, and backdoor Roth. We also have about 150k in savings in case things get tight and saving an additional 1k per month. Is this still too tight?

Does anyone do short term investing in the stock market (short term meaning 1day - 2 week trades) if so, what has been your best tool for research? Have you found this strategy to be worth it?
