You can always pull out.

Are you concerned with burning the bridge for future discussions? You can pull back at any point, but to avoid burning the bridge I’d pull back before the last interview. After the last interview I’d try to think of a solid reason why you’re not going for it
I think you just need to explain why you didn't take it. If, for example, you say that your sorry but the offer wasn't as competitive as you were hoping, or your present place realized you were looking and gave you an exciting opportunity that you wanted to try, I think people will understand
Waking up in the morning, driving to your new work location, pulling into the parking lot, reflecting about your decision while staring at your reflection from the windshield. Putting your seatbelt back on and driving home.
Thanks guys - I think burning bridges is not really a problem in this case.
Has anyone ever pulled back before a start date (given had accepted the offer)? Not discussing the morality of it (but happy to hear thoughts).
Great thing about life is you can change at any time. Don’t like the company, walk the f*** out.
Before last interview it’s always fair, after the last interview it’s fair if the offer is below your expectations or if you have another reason that was driven by the last interview. So there is no point of no return but I suggest to take care of a good explanation after certain point in time.
When someone goes through the whole process, signs the offer and then 3 months later tells you he or she decided to do something else, most reasonable people will allocate that person to a black list :-).
