Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?

I’ve told a hiring manager that I can’t accept a lower salary than I’m making because I have a budget in place and certain expenses I need to pay monthly. And that (unfortunately) to accept a lower salary would hurt my financial planning for my future. They were very understanding when I approached things ‘human-to-human’ and matched my ask.
This happened to me. I sent a note back to the recruiter and broke down how much of a pay cut I would have to take per month. I said that I couldn’t justify that and would they be willing to at least match. They came close and I accepted the offer.

This is an incredibly useless comment.
Never leave money in the table! Most first offers are a lowball offer. You also don’t need to explain it’s a low offer, pay cut or whatever. Just explain to them where you’re at currently and where you would need xyz to “jump ship”. Also sell them on your experience, skill set and what you bring to the table when negotiating.
If they say they can’t move the base salary, ask if they’d consider adjusting other parts of compensation package.
That’s how I got a 5% bump to my base salary (with no prior experience in the industry too lol)
Negotiate! doesn't hurt to try to ask for more. At my current job i was able to make a case that my cost of living is more in my location. I got another 10k on top of the offer. Alot of arguments can be made aside from cost of living such as average salary, current salary, use data to your advantage. Something like i saved my last company money after implementing an idea.
The first question HR will ask is ‘why are u looking to leave your current role’. This is a very important question to get the right answer. You must never let them know you’re unhappy in your current role. This will ensure you have bargaining power as you have a choice to make and they don’t when it comes to remunerative negotiations.
